Safety features.
Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA)
City - Urban - Interurban - Pedestrian.
When the car ahead is too close for comfort, the Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist utilises the windshield mounted camera to detect the proximity. It can also pick up pedestrians that are travelling in front and will automatically apply the vehicle’s brakes in the case of a potential collision.
Driver Attention Warning (DAW)
If the system detects erratic steering, sudden braking or an inability to stay within your lane, driving alerts will appear on your 3.5” instrument cluster. Based on how long you’ve been driving, it may also recommend you take a break.
Dynamic urban performance.
Fun, functional and versatile, the VENUE offers a dynamic combination of sporty transmissions, zippy engine performance and selective traction modes for an exciting and personalised driving experience.

Snow, Mud & Sand modes.
The three Traction modes give you control of your engine braking to maurbain effective driving performance on loose and shifting terrains. Snow mode focuses on stability by reducing wheel spin; Mud mode ensures optimal wheel spin to maximise traction and acceleration; and Sand mode delivers the necessary torque to maurbain essential forward momentum.
Traction Mode & Drive Mode is only available on automatic transmissions.
6-speed transmissions.
Both the automatic and manual drivetrains feel dependably smooth and light, having been perfectly matched to optimise the zippy outputs of the Venue's 4-cylinder DOHC engine, its front wheel drive configuration, and its locally-tuned suspension. If the vehicle has been used for private and domestic purposes and is not and has not been previously used for a commercial application, including but not limited to taxi, hire, rental, courier, security, driving school, tour, bus operator or emergency vehicle. Vehicles used at any time for “commercial application”, as defined in the vehicle warranty policy, are excluded. Passenger vehicles that are or have been used for a commercial application are provided with a 5 year/130,000km warranty (whichever occurs first). A People Mover Van that is used or has been used for a commercial application is provided with a 5 year/160,000km warranty (whichever occurs first). A Commercial Van is provided with a 5 year/160,000km warranty (whichever occurs first) regardless of its usage. [H2] Lifetime Service Plan
For the benefit of Hyundai owners, Hyundai provides online quotes, which specify the maximum price applicable for a vehicle's next scheduled maintenance service at a participating authorised Hyundai dealer and using Hyundai Genuine Parts (where required). Online quotes are available at hyundai.com/au/en/find-a-dealer#service, apply for a stated effective period only and may change after that effective period without notice. Standard scheduled maintenance services are of limited scope. The benefit of online quotes is available for all Hyundai's, for their lifetime.
[H3] Premium Roadside Support Plan
12 months included Premium Roadside Support when you buy a new Hyundai vehicle from a participating authorised Hyundai Dealer or direct from Hyundai. For purchases of new IONIQ 5 V.3 and IONIQ 6 vehicles, Hyundai offers 24 months Premium Roadside Support. Premium Roadside Support commences from the date of the vehicle’s warranty commencement. When you have your Hyundai vehicle’s scheduled service at a participating authorised Hyundai dealer, you will receive 12 months of included Premium Roadside Support from the date of service (or 24 months from the date of service for IONIQ 5 V.3 and IONIQ 6 vehicles). [H4] Sat Nav Update Plan
Only applies to new vehicles with both 8” and 10.25” factory-fitted satellite navigation. Updates are delivered annually and are included if the vehicle completes a scheduled service at an authorised Hyundai Service Centre.
